chicken with no head

Oh yeah that is me!! I'm just running like crazy with a definite end goal but not a great plan on how to accomplish everything in such a short amount of time. Sorry I haven't posted much this week. Thank you all for your prayers. After I posted about the computers I kinda got locked out of my car and house. I had the keys with me but couldn't find them in my purse and then couldn't get them to work. Does that still count as being locked out? I think so, I was laying on my back under my car in the middle of the parking lot at the grocery store while the guy helping me to my car held the cart with Caius in it and watched. Unfortunately there was no hide a key... Any who just thought it was funny. Things are going smoothly now, all computers are running, the flood is cleaned up, and I know where all my keys are. Thank you Lord!!

So real fast because I need to pack, I went to the Chiropractor yesterday and met the neatest people in the waiting room who worked with SN Olympics and the other couple has a brother who competes in the SN Olympics. They were very excited to met Caius and Asher and hear about Yuri and Bohdan. Then if that wasn't enough I met Kathy in Target. I had seen her and her daughter walk by and I wondered if her daughter had a SN but we were going to check out so that was it. Then I look up and they are right behind me in line! Long story short we are now friends and we know the same people and she has great connections and and and. I am just amazed at how God can bless us with friends that we need even in Target.

However, I have to tell you this because it was interesting to me. I hooked up Caius to his feeding pump and he was just sitting in his stroller being cute, what he does best! And this older gentleman walked up and looked at him and asked me "is he ok?" I have been asked many things about Caius but never that. I answered, "Oh Yeah! He is awesome! He is the most amazing, wonderful and happy baby EVER!" I'm not sure that was the answer he wanted because he just kinda smiled and walked off. [shrug]

Ok so there are so many things I want to share with you but don't have the time. So since I won't be able to post for the next few days I will leave you with some necessary light reading.

Remember Brady and the lost boys? Well as many of you know, a family has committed to Brady but the other orphans in this institution are still lost. Well not anymore! God has opened a pathway, small but real. Two missionaries have gone to the institute bearing gifts and sharing God's love. What was amazing to me was the cost of it all. Just $300 is all they used to travel 3 hours to the institute and to do such amazing work. You have to read this post it is great!

Then you have to read about this sweetie. His name is Davids and he only had till the 23rd of January to find a family. Kicker was though that he had a family and they decided to adopt a girl at the last minute and leave him hanging. :0( Not to mention his sweet personality and kindness and gentleness towards little ones. Its a great story and you have to read about how God has been glorified through this story!

Last but definitely not least you gotta read this. It was written by my dear friend Adeye. She has such an amazing gift with words. And now I'm super excited about reading the book she talks about!

Anyhow, check these out and I will talk to you all soon when I'm on the other side of the world.
Its a funny feeling being separated from part of your children... I'm dreading leaving Asher and Caius and I'm so excited about getting Yuri and Bohdan home. Talk about split emotions!
Blessings to you all!
